Job Title: Information Technology Support Assistant

South River Mortgage, LLC is a leading mortgage originator dedicated to helping American seniors find security in retirement. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary:

The IT Support Assistant will provide technical assistance and support to all employees, ensuring 100% satisfaction every time. This role will be responsible for diagnosing, researching, and resolving tier 1 technical hardware and software issues, as well as providing accurate information on IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or in person.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective training content.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or 1 year of helpdesk work experience required.
  • Strong customer support skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Demonstrates eagerness to learn and flexible with the ability to multi-task.
  • Possess attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to be flexible, multi-task, and organize priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
