About the Role:We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and troubleshooting services for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
- Coaching and providing guidance to less-experienced professionals
- Applying basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
- Providing remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
- Identifying, investigating, resolving, and following up on problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of related experience
- IAT Level 1 certificate within 6 months of start date
- Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
