Job Summary

As a Guest Service Front Office Operations team member at Caesars Entertainment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support to our hotel guests. This includes assisting with all aspects of hotel billing, responding to guest inquiries, and running reports as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with hotel billing and billing requests
  • Provide general information to guests and respond to administrative calls
  • Run reports as required
  • Answer front desk incoming calls and provide guest service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in using computer systems and software.
