Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Advance - Global Australian Professionals. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, often requiring creative problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and company policies to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, as well as other technical tools and systems.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
