We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Conner Industries. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and coordination with clients, sales teams, and production departments.
Key Responsibilities- Liaison for Client Purchase Orders
- Communicate with clients to acknowledge, confirm, or request adjustments to Purchase Orders (POs)
- Review Requests for Quote (RFQ) and POs - communicating with Sales and Estimating as needed
- Customer outreach as business needs dictate
- Organize and distribute necessary paperwork to respective departments
- Notate and communicate special requirements to appropriate parties
- Pull and file paperwork prior to and post production activities
- Additional Duties
- Available to work Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Basic Computer Skills
- Microsoft Suite proficiency
- Communication Skills
- Polylingual and able to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Organizational Skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
