Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Conner Industries. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and coordination with clients, sales teams, and production departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaison for Client Purchase Orders
    • Communicate with clients to acknowledge, confirm, or request adjustments to Purchase Orders (POs)
    • Review Requests for Quote (RFQ) and POs - communicating with Sales and Estimating as needed
    • Customer outreach as business needs dictate
    • Organize and distribute necessary paperwork to respective departments
    • Notate and communicate special requirements to appropriate parties
    • Pull and file paperwork prior to and post production activities
  • Additional Duties
    • Available to work Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Requirements
  • Basic Computer Skills
    • Microsoft Suite proficiency
  • Communication Skills
    • Polylingual and able to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Organizational Skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
