Job Title: Neonatal Nurse PractitionerAbout the Role:

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Winnie Palmer Hospital in Orlando, Florida. As a key member of our neonatal care team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services to women, babies, and children.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive neonatal care to patients in the Level IV NICU, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of neonatal conditions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in neonatal care, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
About Winnie Palmer Hospital:

Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies is a 350-bed facility and the busiest labor and delivery unit in the state of Florida. Our Level IV NICU provides advanced care for critically ill newborns, and our team of neonatologists and nurse practitioners is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
