Job Overview

Flourish Research is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a critical role in executing Phase I, II, III, and IV clinical research trials in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), FDA and GCP guidelines, and study protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain study participant informed consent and execute study protocol procedures in a detailed, organized, and professional manner.
  • Perform human specimen lab draws and processing, and package specimen shipments.
  • Create and complete study source documents and adverse event reporting on an e-source system.
  • Maintain study-specific files and supplies.
  • Communicate with the Study Sponsor/CRO regarding study-specific questions.
  • Participate in site visits from Sponsors/CROs, including site initiation and monitoring visits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Phlebotomy experience is required, EKG or other patient labs/processes preferred.
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
  • Familiar with e-source reporting via an electronic platform.
  • A clear understanding of ICH, FDA, and GCP regulations.
  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with the Principal Investigator, research team, Study Sponsor/CROs, potential subjects, and referral sources.
  • An ethical compass that compels the candidate to be honest, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
  • High-level critical thinking skills.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology and lab collection/processing/storage procedures.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
