As a key member of our ticketing operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless experience for all ticket-related inquiries and transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to each guest, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Ticket Processing: Process phone and in-person ticket orders using our computerized ticketing system.
- Walk-up Sales and Will Call: Assist with night-of-show walk-up sales and will call distribution.
- Ticket Distribution: Print and distribute tickets to guests attending various shows and events.
- Cash and Credit Handling: Follow proper cash and credit card handling procedures, including reconciliation of individual cash drawers.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve customer concerns, requests, and complaints in a timely, courteous, and informed manner.
- Knowledge of Shows and Events: Maintain knowledge of various shows and events available to our guests.
- Customer Calls: Assist with incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Teamwork: Maintain a positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping others, while performing all other duties as assigned.
