About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Associate Attorney specializing in Personal Injury to join our dynamic legal team at Jobot. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate individual who is ready to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in all aspects of personal injury litigation, from initial case evaluation to final resolution.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other court submissions.
  • Conduct and manage discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, document production, and inspections.
  • Advocate on behalf of clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and advise clients on potential outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to ensure the highest level of client service and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on current laws and regulations within the personal injury field and attend relevant legal seminars or professional development courses.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation with a focus on plaintiff representation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in all phases of civil litigation, including trial.
  • Excellent research, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively as part of a team.
