Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Leadership: Identify, assess, and lead strategic initiatives to improve operating approaches in the delivery of goods and services to the market.
  • Operational Efficiencies & Cost Savings: Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks for production/planning/forecasting, drive continuous improvement, and ensure a strong safety-conscious work culture.
  • Talent Development: Support and drive a performance-based culture through the development and cascading of clear and measurable objectives, evaluate organizational structure, and foster a continuous learning environment.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years' experience in Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and/or Supply Chain Management, including 5+ years of multi-site responsibility at a senior level.
  • Expertise in Lean implementation (Six Sigma Black Belt preferred) and experience in a fabrication and assembly environment.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, 80/20, JIT, SCM, TQM, Total Preventative Maintenance, and financial measurement tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills, including hands-on capability with word processing, spreadsheet, project management, and business systems (ERP).
