Domino’s Franchise is a dynamic and fast-paced organization dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Director to lead our team and drive business growth.

**Job Summary**

The Store Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a single Domino’s store. This key role will provide overall leadership and supervision over operations, ensuring that we achieve operational standards, food safety, profitability, and create an inclusive and engaged environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and direct the store team to achieve operational excellence
* Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
* Recruit, retain, and develop multiple employees
* Lead and promote team member and food safety protocols
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
* Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred

**Qualifications**

* Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
