Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director of Operations to lead our Central Florida operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our operations, including day-to-day oversight of imaging centers, strategic planning, staff management, budget management, business development, and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs, goals, and objectives to ensure quality care and operational excellence
  • Analyze operations and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and costs
  • Establish a communication strategy and ensure timely communication to management and staff
  • Manage the budget and make financial decisions to drive business growth
  • Own the P&L performance for the market and monitor profitability of services offered
  • Develop and manage partner relationships with radiologist groups and support sales and operations teams
  • Administer quality programs and meet or exceed key quality and productivity measures
  • Support payor contracting and work closely with corporate and support center functional areas
  • Initiate and participate in staff performance evaluations and development
  • Build and manage a sales and operations team to implement operational and growth strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations and management
  • Knowledge of the provider, payor, and employer communities
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of company policies and protocols
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and safety guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or MHA degree
Working Conditions
  • Requires use of office equipment and computer-related activities
  • Requires national travel and flexibility in work schedule
  • May require some lifting, bending, and stooping
