Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Data Center Operations, the Infrastructure Systems Specialist will offer technical expertise and project leadership for extensive domestic and international initiatives.

This position is designed for a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Expertise in tools that monitor essential applications and infrastructure

This encompasses:

alerting and escalation protocols, dashboards, and a comprehensive framework to facilitate the management of the firm's systems, networks, and applications.


Collaborates with the Architecture team to execute both short-term and long-term strategic objectives, ensuring that infrastructure designs and capacity needs align with current and future business demands.


Engages in and leads departmental project teams and task forces aimed at optimizing workflows and resolving challenges; assists with various firm and departmental projects and initiatives as required.


Accountable for maintaining, researching, and recommending products, services, technologies, and standards to support infrastructure-related procurement and development activities.

Provides tier III support for client inquiries, incidents, and issues related to server and storage systems.

When necessary, offers after-hours support to address incidents and maintain systems, ensuring operational continuity and implementing changes that prevent adverse business impacts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 5 years of enterprise-level experience in IT operations, system administration/engineering, or an infrastructure role.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project & Visio applications.

Familiarity with Microsoft System Center, virtualization, and Commvault backup technologies.

A solid understanding of Active Directory operations, computer systems, and network design topology.

Skilled in Python, PowerShell, and Bash scripting.

Experience with Azure services and/or AWS.

Knowledge of DevOps practices for automation, provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring across on-premises and cloud resources.

Familiarity with containerization technologies.

Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems in both on-premises and cloud environments.
