Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate order taking, invoicing, and inventory management services to internal and external customers.
- Process purchase order requisitions and other related tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in extracting related reports and maintaining customer profiles to reflect contractual changes.
- Maximize cash flow through timely billing of accounts receivable and resolve internal and external customer inquiries.
- Assist operations in managing orders to ensure target days to invoice are reached.
- Perform weekly reporting of open orders and work with internal customers for punctual billing.
- Ensure customer profile binders are maintained with current quotes, POs, accounts, sales orgs, and procedures.
- Be knowledgeable of customer quotes and contracts to ensure accurate billing.
- Document details of corrections and additional charges to simplify AR responsibilities.
- Responsible for monthly site inventories and assist with controlling SLOB for target inventory turns.
- Assist sites with goods receipts and issues, open POs, and transfers for accurate SAP data.
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
- A combination of education and/or two years of related work experience in a mid to large-sized organization.
- Previous customer service experience with the ability to develop strong customer relationships.
- Eager to learn and grow on a team that values feedback and continuous learning.
- Experience using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) business systems, SAP preferred.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft products such as; Microsoft 365, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, and have strong organization skills.
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player.
