As a key member of our Customer Support team, your primary responsibility will be providing an exceptional experience to our customers by delivering answers to their inquiries and helping troubleshoot various issues for our product suite. You'll be the go-to expert for our customers, providing solutions through email, chat, and phone services.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Offering customer solutions through email, chat, and phone services
- Training and helping customers adapt to new software and updates
- Tracking issues/bugs and communicating accordingly
- Helping brainstorm and create better processes for the team
A successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively, be action-oriented, have interpersonal savvy, be a nimble learner, and be tech-savvy. If you're passionate about serving our customers and have excellent written/verbal communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
We're a fully distributed team (100% remote) with travel required 1-2 times per year. We're looking for candidates who are comfortable working in a remote environment and have a stable work setup with high-speed internet. We'll provide all necessary equipment.

Hourly Pay Range: $20-$25/hour
