Job Title: Capital Markets Middle Office Manager 3

At TEPHRA, we are seeking an experienced Capital Markets Middle Office Manager 3 to lead our Process Review and Enhancement function. This is a critical role that requires a strong leader with a proven track record in Capital Markets operations and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Process Review and Enhancement Team
  • Build and maintain a shared utility for system access review, information security, and privacy controls
  • Develop and implement operating model changes to ensure a robust control environment
  • Lead related projects and remediation work to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Design and implement metrics (KRI's) reporting for management
  • Collaborate with strategic partners and vendors to drive operational excellence
  • Assist in creating a culture of timely and transparent escalation and communication within the Operations Team
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of Capital Markets experience
  • 10+ years of management experience within a Capital Markets Division
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to build and maintain a shared utility for system access review, information security, and privacy controls
  • Experience with process review and enhancement, including system access review, information security, and privacy controls
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to design and implement operating model changes to ensure a robust control environment
