About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Control Officer to join our Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Control team, supporting the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Capital Markets businesses.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead complex initiatives to mitigate current and emerging risks within the CRE Capital Markets businesses.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of decisions practiced in Control Management functional area.
  • Provide risk management consulting to support the business in designing and implementing risk-mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement risk monitoring and risk reporting processes and controls.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Real Estate Capital Markets groups to identify current and emerging risks associated with business activities and operations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Risk Management or Control Management experience.
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability.
