The ideal candidate will possess experience within Capital Markets or Back Office within a Tier 1 bank.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive business and functional analysis
  • Develop future specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Provide input on functionality changes and identify automation opportunities
  • Conduct impact assessments and produce business requirements
  • Develop UAT scenarios, procedures, and training materials
  • Manage scope changes and implement contingency plans
  • Produce management reports on status and progress

Requirements:

  • Business Analyst/Project Manager expertise
  • Experience within a Tier I bank preferred
  • Experience in Capital Markets, especially Middle or Back Office operations
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis and Visualization
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field

Work Environment:

Hybrid

Pay: $44-46/hr
