Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the reception of vehicles and oversee all financial aspects related to preparing cars for sale.
2. Ensure compliance with Fleet Control System requirements.
3. Maintain a comprehensive daily inventory log of incoming vehicles.
4. Conduct record-keeping for insurance matters and vendor bids related to reconditioning and facility upkeep.
5. Support the Location Manager with daily operations to enhance sales activities.
6. Handle Dealer Plate Inventory, process New Hire documentation, input Timecards, and generate Summary Reports.
7. Assist the Finance & Insurance Manager with deal packaging as necessary.
8. Address any DMV-related issues that arise and provide assistance with Title & Registration processes.
9. Perform various clerical tasks and complete special projects as required.
