Job Title: Automotive F&I Manager

Job Summary:
AutoFair Hyundai is seeking an experienced automotive finance and insurance manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in structuring deals for maximum profitability and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for their purchases.
* Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
* Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
* Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
* Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
* Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state, and federal guidelines.
* Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals.
* Accurately audit team deals post-sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
* Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.

Requirements:

* At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced dealership.
* Eagerness to improve and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
* Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
* Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
* Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
* Professional personal appearance and exceptional verbal/written communication skills.
* Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
* Valid driver's license.
