Part-Time Youth Program Staff

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our After-School Program team as a Childcare Coordinator. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young children.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing engaging educational activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Creating a safe, welcoming environment that promotes children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Maintaining regular communication with parents and caregivers through our digital platform.
- Ensuring compliance with state regulations, program policies, and host school rules.
- Certain roles may involve overseeing attendance records, registration, and staffing.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of one year of experience working with children under 13 (though passion and potential are highly valued).
- To pass a thorough background check, including fingerprinting and references.
- Medical clearance to perform all job duties.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy while interacting with children.
