Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health consultation on the selection, implementation, and continuous review of a district-wide universal screener for student social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Support the development of mental health and wellness-related policies and procedures, such as universal screening assessments, referral protocols, suicide prevention, crisis intervention, and staff trainings.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure effective data collection methods and evaluation activities related to Project AWARE.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children and youth, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits
