About the Role

The Endoscopy Support Technician will play a vital part in our Surgical Center team, providing top-notch care to patients undergoing endoscopy procedures. As a key member of our staff, you will assist in preparing patients for procedures, maintaining equipment and supplies, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement patient care activities under the supervision of RNs, prioritizing patient safety and well-being
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, treatments, and medications
  • Support our gastroenterology team in their daily tasks and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
  • One year experience as an endoscopy technician or related field
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and electronic medical systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
