Medical Support Associate

Responsibilities
- Assist RNs with implementation of patient care plans during endoscopy procedures
- Prepare patients for exams by cleaning and disinfecting equipment, ordering supplies, and organizing procedure rooms
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with medical staff and patients
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and procedures, attending workshops and training sessions as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of experience as an endoscopy technician preferred
- Working knowledge of office equipment and software, familiarity with HIPAA regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
