We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Surgical Center Care Coordinator to join our team at Spire Orthopedic Partners. In this role, you will provide essential support to our endoscopy department, ensuring seamless patient care and exceptional outcomes. As a key member of our staff, you will assist in preparing patients for procedures, maintaining equipment and supplies, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve quality care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in implementing patient plans of care under the supervision of RNs, prioritizing patient safety and well-being
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies according to facility standards
  • Collaborate with gastroenterology teams and other healthcare professionals to achieve quality care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; minimum one year experience as an endoscopy technician preferred
  • Familiarity with office equipment and software, medical terminology, and HIPAA regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize and multitask
