We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Estimator to join our team at The Hagerman Group. As a key member of our estimating team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for large-scale commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed estimates for commercial construction projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure estimates meet project requirements
  • Conduct site visits and gather data to inform estimates
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in estimating
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure estimates meet their needs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in estimating and preconstruction for large-scale commercial projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
  • BA/BS/AS or other accredited degree in a related field
