Customer Service Ambassador

Job Summary:
Closet America is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience required; 1-2 years' experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in conflict resolution techniques and professional conduct
- Articulate with a pleasant phone manner and proficiency with Microsoft Suite
