Job Summary:

Closet America is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience required; 1-2 years' experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution techniques and professional conduct
  • Articulate with a pleasant phone manner and proficiency with Microsoft Suite
