Human Resources Associate

We are seeking a talented part-time Human Resources professional to join our team at Royalty Staffing. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and managing employee benefits and compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development and management of employee benefit and wellness programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, flexible spending accounts, and paid time off.
- Maintain accurate records of benefit costs, compile data for analysis, and work with Finance to ensure the accuracy of carrier billings and HRIS enrollments.
- Collaborate closely with insurance brokers and benefits consultants on annual renewals and strategy.
- Manage all communications related to employee benefits and compensation, including creating presentations for staff and leadership.
- Oversee the open enrollment process, ensuring timely communication and coordination with brokers/vendors.
You will be responsible for administering and managing all aspects of Leaves of Absence, including FMLA, disability, and worker's compensation, ensuring compliance and effective communication.
CompensationAs a Compensation professional, you will manage the foundation's compensation programs, ensuring market alignment and accurate documentation in HRIS.
HRIS and Human Resources SupportYou will serve as the HRIS system administrator, supporting payroll, benefits, and employee information management. Additionally, you will prepare reports and analyses, oversee HRIS testing for upgrades, and conduct necessary staff training.
Requirements- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating professionalism, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong experience and knowledge in benefits and compensation program administration.
- Ability to map processes end-to-end, identify gaps, and improve efficiency.
- Excellent data management and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently identify and solve problems.
- Proven project management, leadership, and execution skills.
This part-time position offers approximately 21-24 hours per week, with 2 days per week spent in the office. The salary range is between $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience. If hired, your estimated weekly pay would be between $525-$720. This role comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including a parking allowance.
