Job Summary
The Division of Hematology-Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks a highly qualified candidate for an Associate or Full Professor position in the non-tenure clinician educator track.
Key Responsibilities
- Teaching responsibilities may include instructing hematology/oncology fellows, residents, and medical students.
- Clinical responsibilities may include caring for patients with sarcoma in an outpatient setting and as an attending on the inpatient service.
- Research or scholarship responsibilities may include excellent qualifications in clinical research, with an expectation of high-quality research leading to scholarship.
- There will be an expectation of the ability of the selected candidate to provide management and/or leadership.
Qualifications
- Expertise is required in the specific area of sarcoma.
- Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree.
- Candidates should be board certified or board eligible in Medical Oncology.
