Academic Clinician Position

We are seeking highly qualified candidates for Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track at the Division of Hospital Medicine in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities- Teaching responsibilities may include working in the general medicine teaching services at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and/or Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.
- Mentor medical students and residents, as well as teach advanced practice providers and engage in lectures and small groups in the medical school.
- Clinical responsibilities may include work on non-resident, acute care hospital services and also may include specialized populations such as oncology, LTACH service, or consults/surgical co-management.
- Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree.
- Board certified or board eligible in internal medicine is required.
- Prior experience as faculty, including completion of a chief residency or time in hospital medicine, is strongly preferred.
