Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a pivotal role in creating positive, lasting changes for individuals with disabilities.

Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality ABA therapy services, and we are looking for a skilled and passionate individual to join us in this mission. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our BCBA clinicians to implement personalized behavior intervention programs that address the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement specific treatment plans designed to address behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills
  • Work 1:1 with children, providing direct treatment and ABA therapy
  • Perform physical management to ensure the child's safety, under the supervision of a BCBA clinician

  • Must possess current RBT Certification through the BACB
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
