Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the full school year. This full-time position involves working with students, teachers, and parents to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Implement and monitor BIPs to ensure effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to teachers, support staff, and parents on behavior management techniques.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on student progress and behavior plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.

Position Details:

  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
