Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician/Therapist to join our team at our Eastgate office. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, although training and support will be provided. If you are interested in a full-time position, we also have opportunities available at our West Chester location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health therapy modalities and in-site therapy services to families and children.
  • Implement the Therapeutic Process, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing evaluation.
  • Implement a prescribed, research-based therapeutic model with fidelity to achieve excellent outcomes.
  • Provide case management services and crisis intervention during or after regular business hours.
  • Create an environment of enthusiasm and commitment.
Requirements
  • Masters degree or Doctorate degree in psychology, counseling, clinical social work, or a related field.
  • Mental health credentials and licensure required by the state of Ohio (LSW, LPC, or LSW, LMHC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, LISW-S).
  • Flu vaccination (unless a valid religious or medical exemption is documented).
  • COVID-19 vaccinations preferred but not required.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification within 3 weeks of start date.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a physically active environment, run, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings where required.
Compensation
  • $35-$47 per hour, depending on license and caseload.
  • Tenure Stipend.
