Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses using specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment goals and participate in patient care conferences.
  • Provide documentation of patient information, referrals, and supportive services in accordance with departmental standards and Federal and State regulations.
  • Supervise interns and assigned staff, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance and support.
  • Perform discharge planning and work in a safe and alert manner.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Behavioral Health or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in Illinois or Oklahoma.
