Job Summary

The IT Project Analyst plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service excellence by leveraging people, processes, and technology. This individual is responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing ERP implementation program initiatives in accordance with the established Project Management Methodology. Collaborating with the Program Director, Project Managers, Business Leads, Subject Matter Experts, and Business Stakeholders, the IT Project Analyst helps define project objectives and ensures quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Utilizing leadership skills, sound independent judgment, and discretion, this role positively impacts project teams and overall project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close ERP implementation program initiatives
  • Collaborate with Program Director, Project Managers, Business Leads, Subject Matter Experts, and Business Stakeholders
  • Help define project objectives and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle
  • Utilize leadership skills, sound independent judgment, and discretion to positively impact project teams and overall project success
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the IT Project Analyst must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Alternatively, a minimum of eight years of relevant experience can be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. Additionally, a minimum of two years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of project delivery, is required. A minimum of one year of Healthcare experience is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of computer hardware, applications, network, and operating systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of related Information Technology trends
  • Ability to read, write legibly, speak in English with professional quality, and use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position
  • Expert knowledge of project management software such as MS Project, Access, and other project management tools for task tracking and team collaboration efforts
  • Ability to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others
  • Excellent analytic, communication, and documentation skills
Licensures and Certifications
