KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver internal customer service consistently.
- Execute HRIS data management tasks.
- Establish, maintain, and archive employee documentation.
- Facilitate employment verifications, EDD claims, and employee inquiries for union personnel.
- Handle administrative duties including filing, correspondence, responding to HR inquiries, and overseeing the HR Helpdesk.
- Organize harassment training sessions and maintain accurate records within our HRIS platform.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: The responsibilities outlined are intended to provide a general overview of the role. Additional tasks may be assigned based on organizational needs.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player who prioritizes tasks and supports colleagues as needed.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
- General work environment includes sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, and occasional lifting of up to 15 lbs.
