Position Summary:
The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in our organization, requiring a blend of professional skills and personal attributes to foster a positive workplace environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Possessing a Professional in Human Resources (PHR or SHRM) certification is preferred.
  • Exhibiting strong collaboration, coaching, and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:

  • 2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or HR certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in employee relations, coaching, and training.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
  • A professional demeanor and integrity.
  • The capacity to meet deadlines consistently.
