Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Bellevue. As a key member of our NICU team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the development of our neonatal care services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates and their families, utilizing evidence-based practice and clinical expertise.
  • Collaborate with our medical team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices in neonatal care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
  • Stay current with the latest research, guidelines, and technologies in neonatal care, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and advance our clinical practice.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Neonatal Nursing.
  • Current registration as a Professional Nurse in New York and registration as a Nurse Practitioner in New York.
  • Board certification in Neonatal Nursing or a related specialty.
  • At least 5 years of experience in neonatal nursing, with a strong background in clinical practice and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
