Job Summary
Medline Industries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Post-Acute Care Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing corporate accounts and identifying new business opportunities within a regional territory spanning across 2-3 states.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing corporate accounts to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory, with a focus on growing revenue and expanding our product portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales forecasts, manage co-op accruals, and set up new customers in our systems.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue spend per account and drive business growth.
- Travel regularly (minimum 3 days per week) to meet with customers and prospects within the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience, with a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales.
- Intermediate skill level in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
This is a fully commissioned position with additional incentive compensation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn a first-year guarantee of $100,000, with potential for higher earnings. This role is bonus-eligible and includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, and more.
