Job Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, custodial, and groundskeeping functions of major building complexes within the First Judicial Circuit, including rural courts on Oahu. The successful candidate will perform a range of duties to ensure the facilities are well-maintained and functional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage maintenance and repair of facilities, including scheduling and coordinating work with contractors and vendors
  • Oversee custodial services, including cleaning and sanitation of facilities
  • Coordinate groundskeeping activities, including landscaping and waste management
  • Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
  • Experience in facilities management, property management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures
