Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our evidence-based investment philosophy and its application in client relationships.
  • Collaborate with Wealth Advisors to design, build, and protect the financial dreams of clients.
  • Manage client relationships by actively participating in the financial planning process to address retirement, risk management, estate, and tax considerations.
  • Organize and maintain client information and requests in our database.
  • Develop and present financial plans through Money Guide Elite, Orion, and Holistiplan.
  • Create personalized Investment Policy Statements and holistic investment strategies for each client.
  • Lead client communications and interactions, and develop an understanding of the fundamentals of trading.
  • Partner with the Portfolio Management team to approve and execute portfolios, trade recommendations, tax loss harvesting, and other investment strategies.
  • Determine asset allocation based on clients' needs, willingness, and ability to take risk.
  • Record client communication and information within our client relationship management platform.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for client needs and collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of service.
  • Assist with client billing reviews and collaborate with the billing department to ensure fees are collected in a timely manner.
  • Engage in business planning efforts and actively support the firm's strategic priorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of financial planning experience
  • Series 65
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a team-oriented approach
  • Knowledge of financial industry, financial products, and financial planning concepts
  • Clean U4

This is a salaried position with an opportunity for an annual bonus and long-term incentives, as well as a competitive benefits package.
