Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with scrum team members to ingest data into Profisee, a cloud-based PAAS application hosted in Azure Kubernetes.
- Develop and maintain matching strategies and data quality rules to ensure data accuracy.
- Administer the data stewardship model and perform data stewardship functions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Align attribute and MDM reference data development with healthcare data best practices (FHIR, HL7, DaVinci, etc.).
- Manage MDM reference data and crosswalks in Profisee.
- Develop and mentor staff members, and share expertise in tools and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- Experience in healthcare-related business processes, such as medical staff offices, provider onboarding, or ambulatory and hospital operations.
- At least 2 years of experience in Master Data Management, including strategy, roadmap, systems analysis, and application design.
- Experience with MDM tools (Profisee Master Data Management, MDStaff, or similar MDM platforms), with Profisee MDM preferred.
- Data quality, data governance, and metadata management understanding; experience with Collibra and/or Informatica preferred.
