Job Overview

Focus Workforce Management is seeking a reliable and skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in Somerville, TN. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our assembly lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow instructions from experienced employees to supply materials, load/unload components, and package products from the assembly line.
  • Perform basic manufacturing tasks such as prep work, cleanup of components, cap assembly, jar loading, box assembly, and box loading.
  • Perform general cleanup duties including sweeping and mopping as required.
  • Load small boxes onto pallets and perform basic tasks as needed.
  • Observe and follow safety rules and regulations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to reach with arms
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, or sit
  • May be required to lift small loads ranging from 5 to 30 lbs.
