We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bridge/Structural Engineer to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our Transportation Department, you will be responsible for leading bridge design projects and providing expertise in structural services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Serve as the lead engineer/project manager for various bridge projects, overseeing planning, analysis, and design.
  • Design and Development: Perform structural design calculations, develop bridge design details, and create specifications.
  • Project Management: Determine bridge quantity development, assign work, and check design calculations, as well as estimate construction costs.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess strong technical skills and successful experience in leading projects.
  • Client Development: Participate in client development activities and project pursuits.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering.
  • Experience: 6+ years of associated experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Experience working in the engineering industry on bridge projects.
  • Advanced Education: Master's degree.
  • Software Skills: MicroStation experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $160,000 based on experience, as well as top-notch benefits, including health insurance, 401k match, annual bonuses, and generous PTO and holiday pay.
