Job Summary: Harrison Consulting Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Bridge Engineer/Project Manager to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for performing designs for bridge improvement projects, preparing preliminary and detailed design plans, and developing and evaluating engineering techniques and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop bridge improvement projects, including preparation of preliminary and detailed design plans, quantities, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Develop, evaluate, select, and modify standards for engineering techniques and procedures.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Travel to construction sites to observe and ensure project quality.
  • Respond to requests for information during the construction phase.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • At least 8 years of experience in bridge design and inspection.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with MicroStation, Geopak, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Ohio State Kit.
  • Experience with structural analysis programs and bridge design software.
  • Familiarity with AASHTO Bridge Design Specifications.
