Job Summary

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, integrating, and implementing EO/IR sensor systems for complex military applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze data to establish system requirements.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend systems/equipment/technologies based on customer needs.
  • Work with the Project Manager, Project Controls, and other teams to execute the product development lifecycle.
  • Perform effective risk management and create technical instructions and engineering plans.
  • Develop and conduct testing plans and procedures based on system requirements.
  • Provide customer post-acceptance product installation and integration support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Physics.
  • Minimum of five years' Systems Engineering experience.
  • Experience with EO/IR technology and products.
  • Experience executing EMD and LRIP phases of DoD programs.
  • Experience with DOORS.
  • Strong customer focus, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Engineering or Physics.
  • Previous experience as a systems Design Engineer or Systems Analyst.
  • Experience integrating software-intensive systems onto military aircraft.
  • INCOSE CSEP certification.
