Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Solution Definition, Viability, and Adequacy
  • Leads (system) architecture design and optimization activities, trades, and analyses
  • Ensures system design and implementation meet technical requirements and customer/mission needs within allocated engineering cost and schedule
  • Ensures system design is realizable, maintainable, supportable, and testable
  • Drives technical risk and opportunity definition, identification, and mitigation/realization
  • Technical interface to Customer, PMO, and executive leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field and 12+ years of relevant engineering experience
  • Subject Matter Expert with receiver technologies
  • At least ten years of experience in engineering development of complex electronic systems, including transition to production and product sustainment
  • Proven ability to share and transfer technology across organizational boundaries to the benefit of our customers and the business
  • Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills: Working knowledge and experience in the development of Signals Intelligence Systems and mission applications, 10 years of experience as a chief engineer or equivalent leading development of RF EW Systems, experience in the development of product strategy and associated technical roadmaps, and Active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance
