- Design and develop new avionics architectures to advance V-BAT capabilities
- Debug, root cause, and repair electrical hardware issues, driving improvements to prevent reoccurrence and increase reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver novel autonomous features
- Support aircraft flight operations and data review, evaluating aircraft health, performance, and real-time debug and resolution
- Resolve technical challenges with rigor, analysis, and testing
- B.S. degree or relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another field related to embedded systems
- 3+ years engineering experience in electrical system design, integration, testing, debug, and repair
- Comfortable using circuit schematics and wiring diagrams
- Strong engineering analysis and debug fundamentals
- Experience leading small cross-functional engineering teams
- Demonstrated track record of assuming ownership of and delivering outstanding outcomes
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
- Demonstrated record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others
