Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Cardiac Catheterization Lab Medical Director to oversee our advanced facilities. Our medical center is equipped with cutting-edge imaging technology and an intensive care unit, complemented by 8 catheterization labs, 3 dedicated vascular interventional labs, and 3 electrophysiology labs. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, a commitment to core values, and a passion for both research and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all operations within the catheterization laboratory.
- Ensure proficiency in performing a variety of interventional procedures.
- Support the clinical needs of all operating physicians within the facility.
Qualifications:
- MD from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certification in Cardiology.
- Completion of a fellowship in Invasive and/or Interventional Cardiology.
- Eligibility to obtain a medical license and DEA in the relevant state.
- Capability to secure full and unrestricted hospital privileges.
Compensation and Benefits: This position offers a competitive base salary with opportunities for production and quality bonuses. Additional benefits include paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, occurrence-based malpractice insurance, a CME allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
