Cardiology Nurse Specialist

Quadrant is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Cardiology team. As a key member of our ambulatory care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients with cardiovascular conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct telephone triage and provide empathetic support to patients
• Process and handle prescription refills, ensuring timely and accurate medication management
• Collaborate with management to improve patient outcomes and streamline clinical processes
• Train medical assistants and staff on pre-visit planning protocols and clinical procedures
• Ensure service levels are met for Cardiology and handle related tasks
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience working in an ambulatory-private physician practice setting or med surge unit
• Experience working in the cardiology field and administering EKGs, Echoes, and Stress Tests
• Licensed as an LPN in the District of Columbia
